This annual end of season event is a special time for officials & coaches to celebrate a successful season of serving our student-athletes. Officials & Coaches are invited to attend free of charge. Officials may bring 1 guest for a charge of $25 paid in advance.

- Official's Membership Awards will be presented
- Recognize retired & retiring officials
- Ralph Stout Sportsmanship Awards will be presented to schools
- Overall Sportsmanship Award will be presented by the National Football Foundation (Mountain Empire Chapter)
